|I spent the later part of my morning yesterday Sunday January 17th at the Houston Museum of Natural Science to look through the Faberge exhibit. I was there in November for the flickr meetup, but during this second walk through I caught a lot of things I didn't see the first time, and it also gave me a greater appreciation for fine craftsmanship. All of the pieces by The House of Faberge are quite exquisite. After a few hours at the museum I went to Baba Yega's for brunch. I didn't have the appetite for the Sunday brunch menu, so I had a chicken and basil pasta salad. This capture is of my spouse's meal, the club sandwich and basil pasta. Baba Yega's was very busy that day, but we had some great seating and the food was delicious. I definitely need to go back for the Sunday brunch.||
